Annabel Parsons specializes in developing Talent solutions for diverse client organizations, across all market sectors.

In financial services she has led projects in retail and investment banking, insurance, pensions and private equity. In this she has worked for global listed businesses as well as for mutual and friendly societies and for the regulator in delivering Board reviews under section 166.

Typically reporting directly to investor, Chair or CEO, Annabel specializes in resolving complex people and organizational issues. She has led the design and delivery of leadership solutions including CEO succession, assessment and benchmarking leadership capability and potential, Talent management and Board performance reviews. She has delivered global projects in all regions and developed solutions for multi-location and multi-level assignments.

Prior to founding her own business, Annabel led leadership consulting practices at three of the big five global executive Search firms, specializing in building practices bottom up in the UK and North America, heading global assessment practices, has been regional consulting head and has also led in the Board practice. She has a wealth of experience in global consulting and assessment and has lived and worked in both the UK and the US.

Annabel began her career as a psychologist. She received her Master of Science in Organisational Psychology from City University in London and her Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Aston University, Birmingham. She is Level A and B qualified by the British Psychology Society and is qualified on multiple psychometric instruments. She is a trained cognitive behavioural coach and has also completed training in applied neuroscience, participated in Harvard's change leadership program and MIT’s artificial intelligence and business strategy program. She has published research on occupational stress, mentoring systems and Talent management.
